"If we see you smoking we will assume you are on fire and take appropriate action. "

I stopped smoking, finally. I have not had a cigarette in 10 days. In all honesty, I haven't even wanted one... up until this very moment. I'm not going to give in... I'm going to be a trooper and stick with it. I managed to quit once before, and had an easy time of it for almost 3 years.... until I started this damn job. Would it be wrong to replace smoking with drinking? LOL. I'm kidding, of course.

I quit and never looked back. I have cravings from time to time. The key is to find something new to replace your old habit. Also, gum and straws are excellent for chewing. You can do it, I know you can! Just think of all the money you will save, how much better you will smell and how everything will start to taste better in a few weeks. It only takes four days for the nicotine to leave your system, the rest is mental and it takes a little time. You're a rock star!
